As has been mentioned, it depends on if you are using the stock regulator, which I can only assume you are, since you asked the question. So let me first encourage you to ditch the stock regulator and install a proper unit that will not give you the possible issues present when using a stock regulator and larger fuel pump.
On my setup, I am now using the stock regulator hose port as a boost reference.

When I first started out I had the stock fpr, 155 fuel pump, and the timing was set back 5 deg with the afrs in the 11s with 5 psi. My injector duty cycle was at 98%.
I definitely wasnt going to trust anyone on this forum
I think Phoenix is thinking about 91pdxmocha. IIRC he ran 5psi with no tuner and the octane adj switch removed.
I also think he blew a motor, cant remember.
