Ok I seen a lil bit about this and know it can be done on newer mustangs. I wanna ask if it can be done on SHO's. Where the lights stay on with either bright or dim...................

Yes it can I have done it. Theres an article at www.shotimes.com that can tell you how to do it. Or try a search I did an little write up in someones post long time ago. But I know it has been discussed more also.

I use a cube lighting relay and power the relay coil with the parking lamp circuit.

Same as you East Tennessee. Kingsport Tn. here. I found the info and got it going. Next I'm going to work on exhaust.
I see you are close, i need to get some help with getting parts to do 60k actually it has 118,000 on it and the valve covers are leaking. And other goodies.
P.M. me if you can help me out with finding some stuff for the SHO.
