Fog light switch mod

For anyone who hasen't done this let, I highly recommend it. It took my all of 5 minutes to do, and now I can run my highbeams and my Hella's at the same time. The directions are on http://www.shotimes.com

i haven't. then again, my fogs are w/o a bulb so it doesn't really matter at this point

Now, I was a little confused when I read the write up on shotimes. Does this mod allow you to turn on the fog lights whenever you want? or do they come on with the parking lights? And the autolamps will still turn them on or off?

They come on with the parking lights and stay on with the highbeams

i think i crossed the wrong wire, now mine are always on with any lights, so it's not really a switch anymore headbang

Where'd you get a hardbutton EATC for 12.99??? eek!

If you do it right it wont harm a thing. Just follow the procedure on shotimes verbatim. Also PLEASE make sure that your year SHO will accept this mod.

Get yourself some small tap connectors from RadioShack (64-3052) Cut the 3rd wire down (Yellow) and use the tap connector to connect the yellow wire to the top wire (Blue w/Red Stripe) That's it. Just one wire to cut.

This is how I did mine, and my friend's. Very very easy to do, and less work than the method described in the main instructions.
