Fog Light Fuse

Where would I find this fuse on a 91'. I know it's not in the fuse-box, can anyone tell me where under the dash it is and what color, shape I might be looking for?

on my 93 it was very hard to find. i laid upside down with my head near my pedals. up inside the dash near the fuse panel, but above it a little ways u may see a little white box possibly gray with just one fuse in it connected to wires. when my fuse blew i finally found it. be prepared to really look or maybe i am just an idiot?

i was so frustarted and then i found it. i tuink it is a 15 amp maybe a 30 amp. if i have time tomorrow i will see if i can go find mine and then can soemwhat describe it better since it has been several months. if i don't find it...at least i get a nice head rush
