Tired of the Performance plus Y pipe and Borla divorcing every couple years, normally I like donuts.
Plan to get under tomorrow just wondering is the ATX flex a quick easy way or anyone find something better?

The last time I had that problem, I found the Felpro donut is poorly made can fail. The Walker donut is better. Of course , the Walker part is hard to find. But after putting one of those in; no more problems. That's with the Magnaflow Y-pipe and stock from the Y-pipe back. I don't know if that translates to the Borla setup.

A lot of aftermarket flex pipes are corrugated or woven on the interior which kills their flow. For example, if the minor ID of the corrugations is 2 1/4 and the major ID is 2 3/8 it will act like a 2.0 inch pipe. There are a couple of manufacturers that produce flex pipes for the OEMs, that sell to the public, having smooth bore IDs, will look up some sources if you wish. They are more expensive

All good, Gonna let Iggy's donut it the right way, they love tough stuff and rare cars.
They fixed it years ago and was fine until recent clutch and flywheel work. It never goes back the same way.
