What size flare nut wrenches would makle a complete set to service all fitting sizes on the SHO.

I didn't have a flare nut wrench for the power steering pump hose fitting. It is quite large. A 17mm open end was too small and the 18mm was to big. That only leaves 11/16".

So is there a mix of English and metric flare nut wrenches required?

The stock PS pressure hose uses an 18mm, both the top and bottom fittings . Perhaps the flare nut wrench you have is oversize; not unheard of. Those fittings should come loose without requiring a line wrench. I used an 18 mm Craftsman combination wrench on the lower fitting. On the upper fitting I used my 11/16" Craftsman Crowsfoot wrench. It was a bit of a tight fit, and I know that particular wrench is slightly oversize, so a spot on 11/16 will probably not fit.

The various brake lines required 3/8" and 7/16" where the flexible brake hose attaches to the hard-steel line.

The line fittings for the hard-steel lines range from 10mm to 13 mm.

The bleeder screws I've seen have (usually) been either 3/8" or 10mm.
