I'm trying to replace one of my fishtank bulbs which went out and can't figure out how to get to it based on the SHOtimes directions. They aren't exactly clear on how to remove the headlight housing which is my problem. I tried to use pliers to turn the plastic nuts at the top of the housing. but they wouldn't budge. Can someone give a clearer explanation on how to get the housing off?

there are three metal tabs that go in between the black plastic nuts for allignment purposes. you have to pull those metal tabs straight up to get them out. the top two are easy. The ones at the bottom of the assembly are a pain in the a**. I broke the tabs off of mine, by accident. After that the whole housing should slide right out. Hope this helps a little....

Does anybody know where to get any of those plastic clips. I broke all the bottom ones because I couldn't figure out how in the heck to get them out..... But now I have all green lights up front.... although my headlights point at the ground

I got mine fixed after I fixed the cluster f@#% that was the wiring job on installing them. For the sake accessability I recommend using crimp on connectors and splicing in the the signal wires with some slack unlike whoever first did this to my car. Ended up replacing the whole fixture to correct the problems I had.

Try shonut for the parts I'm checking them for the metal clip I broke removing the housing.
