In any case, people really should take their driving style into consideration. Even if your vehicle is not a police vehicle or a taxi, you may need to perform services at severe duty intervals. Take a good look at the mfr recommendations and decide.

Very good point. This AND the climate in which they live.

The SHO was in the shop since last Thursday. The fluid was transmission fluid. They had to replace, and I quote the service paperwork:
"verified right axles leaking at internal shaft seal. R&R right axel, replaced seal & deflector & corrected fluid.
Seal - PTU intermediate shaft - repalce
Halfshaft or axle shaft assembly - front - remove and install or repalce"

Leak is fixed. Bad internal shaft seal.

Interesting. Never seen it end up on the motor mount before, AND be odorless. Good to know, and glad you got it fixed :thumb:
