Sounds like the issue is NOT on Beths end. It was an issue with the money order. Paypal is nice and fast yes, and it would have been great if you had known about it before hand but you cannot fault Beth for something that is out of her control. As far as she was told, the MO was cashed. She did not accuse you of lying to her and trying to scam an additional 20 bucks. She looked into the issue and has rectified it. Unforutnately if someone cashed your MO, Beth ahs to make sure she goes through the proper steps to recover that money before she sends you out another one. That is just common sense.

One thing worth noting here for anu future dealings you or anyone else may have with Beth. Being the owner/administrator of this forum she's CONSTANTLY inundated with private messages. She's certainly missed a few of mine from time to time; with the sheer amount of traffic she needs to go through a little extra time is certainly not out of the question, and if she supplied you with any other forms of communication they may be better as well.

I sent one June 1st- that's more than 2 days. It's the fact that 2 months is waaaaay too long. Like I said, I wish I would've known about the Paypal account I could use because this would have gone much faster.

Yes and you started this thread on June 3, that's 2 days. At least the last time I counted on my fingers it was.

As far as the 2 months, that's BS. I wasn't made aware that you hadn't gotten the money order until May 2. How was I supposed to know you hadn't received it until you contact me?

I inquired with the company who issued the money order about whether it was cashed or not a week after that when you told me that you were going to check with your parents to see if they had seen anything come in from me. The company told me that I couldn't even file a claim on it until it was 30 days late. But now that it's cashed and you say you didn't receive it they will process the claim. But in all honesty, I really don't think I'll ever get it back and I'm not counting on it to come in either.

At this point I really don't care whether I get it back or not. It's only $20 and that won't even buy 1/2 tank of gas. You have your trans, you have your refund and I have my core.

Case closed, end story.

P.S. Thanks to those who backed me on this. Personally I think the whole thing is ridiculous, all over $20.... wow.
