I'm at 23.83psi and my rear tires hate me at any speed below 60mph but I'm still getting 19mpg at 85mph interstate cruise

While on the subject of first mods, and seeing 2 of the most active performance SHOs have commented on this... Is this a good price? I feel like this is a good price. Even after adding an MPVI2 from HPTuners I'd be at 530 for the hardware and then I'd just have to get a tune file. Found these items on PartsGeek, ignore that 2 of them say F150.

Credits are cheaper at thetuningschool website but factor in probably 2 for the SHO i can't remember how many it takes. I had to get 4 for my truck.
