Faulty PCM?

You may already be doing this, but just in case, you should be using an LED test light, not incandescent, to probe the PIP, CID, IDM, and COIL 1-3 signals at the DIS. With the caveat that my memory is fuzzy on this, I seem to recall that SPOUT may not illuminate a 12V test light.

No issue, my test light was LED. The PIP, CID, etc. all checked out. I think I have others grounds now. Strange electrical things are going on. Oh well, I will continue chasing it down once I get back from my business trip. At least it fires up and I can drive it now.
