F150 foglight switch upgrade need help

I just purchased a 97 sho. I want to add the f150 foglight swith in and add foglights. I have everything i need to make it but i am confused on how to wire it together. Does the positive wires go to the battery and the negative wire go to the switch or vice versa. Aslo which wires to remove.
I am trying to build it like on v8sho.
