A common problem with these (and any) car as they hit their ripe old age is the failing of the rubber components. I fought with getting proper replacements sizes and to get longevity. Most of the ones found in the hardware stores wont last a year in my area. I had found some from a Dodge Diesel truck that worked well, but finding replacements of those are scarce. A couple of years ago I found these polyurethane versions that have not failed yet.

They are sold for Subaru racing cars, but they really do fit anything. Occasionally you can find them on Amazon, but I have bought them from TiC so far. I have used these on both my SHO's with great results. You don't technically need to replace all the hangers, I have gotten away with just replacing the rear most. They will work all the way to provide more support. They have smaller versions, but these are just about stock ride.
