Exhaust Donut ATX / MTX?

Will the Y-pipe to flex pipe donut gasket from a MTX work on an ATX? The local autoparts store here has a Felpro 60641 donut for the MTX, but no listing for the ATX.

I replaced mine while doing my rod bearings, picked up a new gasket at the stealer for a couple bucks and it is just a flat metal gasket. I have never seen a MTX gasket but the one for ATXs is no donut. Hope that answers your question.
