He was last online 10/9, it's no surprise [to me] that he's pulling his disappearing act again. 6 months from now he'll be back saying he's going to make things right.

If you two guys want your money back you should get some authority involved. put some wind under his ass. 600$ is 600$. Its a felony too.

i tried but did not have any of his information besides his name is aaron and hes from minnesota. i asked for a moderator to find out the info for me but noone pm'd me back.

I also tried legal action to no avail, though my 178 is a far cry from 600, or 350 even...

The mods, unless they've sold him something in the past or sent him a money order for something, wouldn't know that information. The forum doesn't collect address info during registration. In the past when he paid for ads he used what I believe was his mother's Paypal account. I don't know if her address info was ever included with that, I'd have to search. If it was, perhaps if the police showed up at her doorstep she would be willing to share his where-abouts? I'm sure she'd be inclined to do so since I believe that by her letting him use her Paypal account to take funds from people it would make her an accessory to a felony. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Bizzy, you are 100% correct on that. The police could threaten to arrest her with that charge, but she would be held until all money owed would either be payed or a promisary note signed.....

Well, I'll look and see if I've got the address. Worst case scenario, the police could go talk to her and maybe that would be enough to fuel the fire under his **** to get things cleared up with these folks. I know if he was me and it was my mom....oh man...I'd be oh so squashed. :scared:

Edit: I have the address for the person I believe to be his mother. If anyone who he still owes money to is interested in pursuing legal action please PM me for that info. I will not post it publicly.
