Trying to figure out something for keeping an eye on my blend.
I like the Zeitronix PART# ZEI ECA-BL , but am wondering if this could be made to work as easily as anything else, or would I be making more work for myself?
Any input at all is greatly appreciated.

I bought the Fuel It kit on GH’s recommendation but haven’t installed it yet, still waiting on my XDI EVO.

The evo is what I plan to go with, but I'd like an in-cabin analyzer to keep an eye on. I like the one I mentioned, just don't know if it'll plumb in or not.

Most kits use the GM style sensor so you will need to buy or make fuel lines to plumb it in. XDI sells fuel lines to add the sensor I order them at the same time as the pump.

When you have a hpfp the E content ratio is not an issue. You can be e30 to e 40 no problem.

Great, so the lines from xdi, and then something like what ortiz sells to plumb it in?

What about for a tune?
Like if I'm running an e-whatever tune, won't I want to make sure my mix is there?

The pump (xdi) gives you a lot of flexibility as long as your above e30. Your pump can keep up with the higher e blend as e requires more volume.

I don't get why people want a physical gauge. Once the tank is full and it's mixed, it isn't changing until you add fuel. Fuel it and check the app about 10 minutes after you fill it and drive it about 10 miles.

I understand the pump supplies the higher volume, but what I was assuming is let's say I get tuned for an e50 blend...
It's not going to run optimum at e60 or e40, correct? That's why I was thinking an analyzer would be a good idea.

Thanks for the input guys!!!

There's no proven benefit of e50 over e30, but in general whatever your target is, ask your tuner what the safe range is. Typically you are safe within 5% so you don't have to be at an exact target every time.

I was just using the e50 as an example. Although I am curious at what mix, if at all, does the benefit plateau.
But yes, that's what I was wondering is how crucial it is to monitor the blend.

I roughly remember the general consensus was it only took e30 to reach MBT in the 3.5 EB. I very well could be wrong though.
