The Probe and GTP boys are going to be out at Texas MotorPlex this coming Sat. Gates open at 8am and racing starts at 9am.

Some of us DFW SHOs will be there aswell.

About a 6 hour drive....long way but its one of the top tracks in the country.

low comp. 3.2 (8.5:1 i believe) SS 15psi S/C and stage 2 cams with a quaife and nitto drags. swallow any vipers lately?

couple of bikes....read in boulevard battles.

I had a crappy day at the races. First run I bogged the engine down and only ran a 15.0 at 110mph. Second run I reved her to 2700 to get more of a jump and snapped an axle. End of my day.

Don't get me wrong, I know that SHOs can be made fast in the quarter, it's just a heck of a lot easier to get a GTP to run. And cheaper.

You'll get a chance to see El Toro run on DFW-SHO Clubs 2nd annual winter run the weekend of Jan. 17th, 2004. Seeing is believing.

The winter run is a 270 mile fun run around Possum Kingdom Lake.

I hope that I assume correctly that El Toro is a forced induction SHO… (I can't wait to see one in person). I have a stable mate for it I like to call El Bandito, my 91+.
