Of course it had to happen on Christmas Eve. Looks to be a 5/8th or a 3/4 (feel free to verify anyone), and I'll have to clip that metal band holding the hose to the pipe. Any ideas on what to use to clip that band? The growing concensus says dremel and cutoff wheel.

Thanks to anyone who can help, and merry Christmas to everyone who reads this today and tomorrow. :)

Yeah, a Dremel with a cut-off wheel will work, or a hacksaw or whatever you have handy! If it's the lower tube with the CELO sensor in it, it's 3/4", if its the upper one, it's 5/8".
