I have searched and could not find. Is there a place to get a complete engine rebuild kit(rings, bearings, gaskets) and how much?

I'm not aware of anyone who makes a complete 'kit'. Most people have had to assemble the various parts on their own.

Your best bet would be to check out shonutperformance.com and shoshop.com; they sell most of that stuff. As for rings...might be hard to get those new. Check the Forum sponsors, one of them might be able to help you.
