engine noise/ clutch

Four days ago i got a 60k tune up, and a new clutch on my 95. Since then i have noticed a few things and was wondering if anyone might have an answer. When my car is idling, 99% of the time after it has been driven a little bit, it sounds almost like i can hear the valves moving. It almost sounds like a tick. It's not loud but it is noticible. And also i have 90k on my car and just got the original clutch replaced. (that is a lot on the original) Anywho, the new clutch feels the same, if not a little worse as my old clutch. It doesn't catch untill the very end of the pedal. So if anyone has a response, it is very much welcomed.

You might want to try the search feature available at the upper right of the Forum's pages to look for information on the 60K services. They are far from a "tune-up." If you had the valve gaps adjusted, they may not have been done properly if you are hearing more valve train noise.

Does the clutch action feel smooth? Does the clutch engage without slipping? If so, the clutch is okay and you may just need to pull up on the clutch pedal with about 10 pounds of force. This allows the ratchet mechanism on the clutch pedal pivot to take up the slack in the clutch cable. If you hear a click or two, that is what needed to be done. This should be done about every 5,000 miles to ensure the cable stays properly tensioned.
