Engine block weight

Hey guys
Anyone happen to have the approximate weight of the 3.2 bare engine block?
and confirm that it's an iron block with aluminum heads?

The bare block is almost identical between 3.0 and 3.2. It is cast iron and weighs around 120-160 lb. I can pick one up by myself, however two people is preferred.

Also I transported two sho engines in a Nissan Sentra over 700 miles.

It's been sitting here for quite a while.. contemplating turning it into a table and was curious about the block weight.
