Emissions test results

just ran my 92 through the states emissions, they do it in 2 speeds, 1 idle and 1 at 2500 rpm, for the idle on the HC test i got a 1 out of 220 and on high speed a 7 out of 220 then for CO% i got 0 out of 1.20 and 0.1 out of 1.20 on the high speed?? ive ran at least 15 cars through inspection in my life and never have seen #'s that low before, and this is with no additives to the gas, running 93 octane! car has 120k, stock everything, wires, exhaust, cats, plugs im pretty sure have been changed though once or twice but not even sure of that, what does that mean having such low #'s , that everything is good and clean internally,lol!??

What that means is you can't **** yourself by idling in a closed garage.
