Looking forward to getting this lowering kit on my SHO I hope this week. Not quite a drastic drop like the H & R springs, but will still bring the tail end down over an inch so I should be pleased with it. Hope I'll be just as pleased once it is installed. Pics to come shortly guys!!

Here's a teaser pic :naughty:

Good luck with the install and make sure that you have an alignment performed after otherwise you will end up like me, having to change my tires after 7K miles!!!
Cheers!

Thanks Steve. Did you go with the Eibach too? How's the ride and size of the tire/fender well clearance?

Nevermind, I went back and read your sig. lol!

I have no problem with the wheels clearing with the H&R, so don't even worry with the Eibach. Also, the ride still feels smooth, not bumpy. The only thing is that I cannot park my car in the interior parking close to my office because it would scrtach under trying to get from the street to the higher first floor... beside that only positive feedback!

I'd like to see a good comparison between the two after you get the Eibach's on. I definitely see a set of springs in my future. I want it as low as I can get it, but I love the quality of any Eibach's I've owned.

Here's one for ya bpd. I haven't had time today to bring it in and get started on it, so looks like tomorrow it will be. Been one of those days at work and I'm short one tech guy today now.

It's hard to notice a real big difference right off the bat. In reality, the front came down about 1/2" and the rear almost 1". I know the springs will settle a bit and will probably come down 1/4"-1/2" over time. I was surprised to see the rears were progressive rate springs.

As for the ride, it didn't alter it too much but it feels like I can feel more of the roads irregularities if that makes sense. I've had other SHOs with Eibachs and have been fairly happy with them. I do wish it was dropped a little bit more, but I'm living with what I could get from work at a good deal.

Good job on the install bro! Car looks very nice. A bit more subtle than HR springs, but classy and surely can pass bumps better than HR springs. I am sure you will enjoy your ride better with the Eibachs... So enjoy!
