I just got a EGR stuck open code on my 95 SHO, the car feels very underpowered and wants to stall at a light. At the same time the car threw a Idle air contol crkt High. will the EGR valve stuck open cause these issues?

It can cause the underpowered feeling, and could easily cause idling problems, because the pcm thinks the iac should control the idle speed but there's really a large vacuum leak from the egr.

thankyou, then I will replace the EGR valve tonight and for the heck of it, I'll replace the DPFE sensor.

I replaced the EGR valve and DPFE and the car ran great for half the day. and then the same thing happens, loss of power with a very rough idle. When driving the car it acts like its towing a boat, the motor struggles hard but wont go passed 2500 rpms and the tranny shifts hard. the car also has a very rough idle and acts like it wants to stall. then doesnt matter if its cold or hot the car will jump and have power again and everything will be normal.the car will go back and forth like that.Sometimes I have found if I shut it off and start it a couple times,one of those starts the car will be fine for a while.My check engine light never turns on but when I checked the codes again, the new codes are 551 (inlet air control) and 565 (Canister purge ckt fault) and on the (continous memory codes fixed last) there is code 216 (Coil 2 primary fault) this car has brand new Cam sensor,Crank sensor,Ignition coil,Plugs,wires,EGR valve and DPFE. I feel like this car is possesed! any ideas?

Among other things, you have an intermittent DIS module that is dropping out and you're loosing two cylinders.
