Mine was old and torn leaking pretty bad. Would this be a cause of bad mileage or even a factor?

Thank you AREA 91. What other issues could that cause? My car is always loud around the intake with the silencer removed but I found the leak when I was checking the atx fluid. It didn't throw any codes. Car did shift a bit hard this morning but was probably from sitting I think.
