eec goose test question

I'm trying to figure out exactly how this is done. I tried the shotimes method, wait till after the goose pulse than do the brake-wheel-gas-and od. but within the first few seconds of the test I get another flash of the CE light. Just came inside to see if theis is how its dons and read at another place and a post in here that you only do the throttle after the goose pulse everything else is done before the goose pulse. befoire I go back out and try it again I just want to get this straight. I searched through a bunch of back post and found two post(by members who seemed to be quite knowledgable and one said do it before and one said do it after...

do it AFTER that flash as written here


I have used those instructions many times and they work with no problems.

k according to that I wait till the rpms settle down, than do the wheel brake and o/d, than the goose pulse comes and I goose. so I do it before the goose pulse...
