Well, I just changed the drivers side pads, Rotor, and caliper braket. Well now under hard acceleration, my E-brake light comes on, and it is only during 1st and 2nd acceleration. Any Ideas on how to stop that from happening ?

Thanks in Advance

Check the switch at the parking prake to make sure the rubber goo from the deteriorating pad has not gummed it up.

Fill the brake fluid reservoir!

There is a float switch in there that will turn on the light if fluid level is low. Under acceleration, the fluid is thrown back toward the firewall and the level under the float drops.

DOH !!

Hmm when you push the piston back in to put on new pads, what do you bleed.....Brake fluid, which means that you need to replace what ?? brake fluid
