I didn't get the indiglos, but I did get the Halos from e-bay and they fit almost perfectly. The hole for the needle is just right so as you don't have to remove the needle and the gauge face is exactly the right size. The only problem is there is no hole on the right side of the tach for the pin. SO I just took the pin off all together. If you like the look of the Halos the were only 78.99 after shipping and everything.

Some people have had similar problems/complaints and others have had good luck. You might find some good answers in these.

I left the factory black gauge faces in and put the Halos right over them. Did not remove the lighting either. I do get a LITTLE bit of light from the old setup, but nothing major at all....and actuall it doesn't come thru the edges at all......mainly a TINY TINY bit on the edges of the odometer and trip meter. I mean VERY miniscule too.

Same here. Actually, most of my bulbs had already burned out. I think only two are still good (one in the middle which light the odometer and speedo needle and the one that lights the fuel gauge). I too left the black gauges in place and put the indiglos over.

If you are getting too much light coming through small cracks, just turn your Factory dimmer down a bit to lessen the light.

One more thing, a lot of users claimed the gauges have burned out. Most of them also stated they kept the gauges on full brightness. I have kept the dimmer at a little less than half and have not had any problems for almost three months. Just a thought...
