Well I took the 95 to the dyno with the 80mm/TedB combo also with the EH/BBB installed (still stock exhaust...slow a-- exhaust shop) and this is what I found out

yep that is a PIG rich 11.7 on the a/f. Ted said that will be a bit more lean when I scrap the 1.75" exhaust and install the 2.5 all the way back.

Compare that to the BONE STOCK dyno graph and I am up nearly 20lb-ft on torque! Can't wait to get this thing tuned correctly! :****:

Notice also the better spark curve with swapping to Vitek wires and new plugs.....

I will redyno next week after Ted's reburn and we shall see then! SHOFUN2 is on the PROWL!

Also Ted asked why they only did a pull starting at that RPMS, and I called the dyno guy and he said that it was cuz it was wanting to downshift. Should I do the entire pull in 2nd next week? or what?

While I hate to be a "bubble burster", Jerms, I feel that I should point out that your new "peak" number of 203.5 ft/lbs is actually at the beginning of the graph, right where the converter locks up and the run begins. IOW, you're not really making (or peaking at) 203 lb/fts, rather you're probably closer to the whp equivalent of 175 lb/ft (don't get me wrong - those kind of numbers would defintely be nice for a straight 80mm MAF/EH/BBB upgrade!). It also looks like you dropped a few peak HP at the expense of the fatter A/F ratio, something which I believe is correctable by leaning the mixture out to a more "appropriate" 12.5:1 ratio. :)

If the dyno shop's software can compensate for the increased gear ratio of second gear, then I'd say go for it. Something you may want to note, though, is that you won't have converter lockup in second gear, whereas you will in third. This means that even if the shop compensates for the difference in gear ratios while running the car in second, the final readings still may not reflect the types of numbers that you would see from a third gear run with full converter lock.

OTOH, you don't even have to worry about downshifts when you have a TwEECer. :D

No problemo, although I really do wish I wasn't right about this particular point. As I noted in my earlier post, it sure would be nice to see a 20whp (or 20lb/ft) gain with just a straight 80mm MAF/EH/BBB drop-in, especially on an ATX!

Then again, if that were the case, I'd have to immediately plop down the $$$ for such a setup ... ;)
