need to know if there is a special way to drive these boosted shos? i never drivin one before but i was just wonder if it is possible to over spin my the supercharger? im only asking cause so far my belt was doing fine but every so often, i could see a rip in the belt. the belt lasted fine but i think everytime i drive the car kinda hard it would start to rip. i dont know if im shifting way to high and causing the belt to rip. :frown:

big example is when i smoked the tires last night just to show off a little i forgot to shift so it over reved and then when i got home which was only like a min away i looked at my belt and it was ripped to shreds. any suggestions other than how stupid that was? :bonk:

overreving will not cause the belt to shread.

Something else is wrong. Check your supercharger and other pulleys (ie: idler) and see if they are working properly. Also go with gatorback belt and make sure that mother is tighten down good.
