Has anyone replaced their stock rotors (front and rear) with Drilled/Slotted rotors, and if so, how do they compare to the stock units?

From the discussions on the V8SHO mailing list and from all the other research I've done I believe that cross-drilled rotors do nothing in 99% of all cases. In fact it can make you braking worse. There's less rotor to absorb heat and they will chew up your pads. It's not worth it in my opinion.

If you want cross-drilled rotors for the look then go for it. If you think it will save you money because they'll last longer don't bother. My new theory is this, buy the cheapest rotors you can find and replace them twice a year (say once in the spring and once in the fall). That'll still be cheaper than buying more expensive rotors.

Oh and by the way, if you're looking at KVR x-drilled rotors, I've been told by someone who used to work there, that they simply drill cheap blanks and charge more for them.

bought a set of drilled and slotted rotors, front and rear, via ebay. got for the look and am satisfied with. no better performance but gives a very different feel to the brakes. would I do it again? yes, but wouldn't bother with rear rotors, standard rims cover up disc too much, unless somebody knows how to adapt large [front] rotors on the rear. cost was about 10 to 25% more than a full set of regular rotors.

I have slotted rotors from Power Slot, they seem to work well. The slots are used to clear gasses and dirt/dust.

As far as cross-drilled, nowadays they are used for the look rather than performance. When they first came out they were used to clear some of the brake compounds that would not clear very well. Now brake pad compounds are better and the cross-drilled is not needed.
