Door Locks not working?

The door locks in my 93 have not been working in a while and I think its about time I try and fix them, so I have a few questions. Would a bad door lock actuator make all of the locks not work? And is it a possibility that the box in the trunk of the car for the door locks went bad?

one bad actuator wouldn't make the rest of the locks not work. It could possibly be the box in the trunk. I assume you've checked the fuses? Is anything else not working?

Yes, I have checked all the fuses. And everything else is working.

The door locks dont work when you try_____. Pressing the buttons inside the car? Using the remote keyless entry? Using the keyless entry on the door?

Mine dont work sometimes when I use the buttons inside, but the locks work fine when I use either keyless entry system. This is b/c my buttons on the doors need cleaning I believe.

My car doesn't have the keypad, it has an aftermarket keyless entry system. But the locks never work. The keyless entry wont lock or unlock the doors. But I can unlock them from the passenger side unlock button. But the drivers side Button doesn't do anything.
