ok so i took my sho to the garage to clean out some stuff. fixed my stalling problem. cleaned out air filter n i found the silencer cone still there. will be removing that asap.
down to the nitty gritty. car has 125k ish miles on it. and ive just now been told its never had a 60k done. the plugs n wires n air filter n thats it. its time for new ones of those. and we checked plugs today and guess who has oil in the front 3? i do! (didnt check the backs yet, cramped for time) also one of the rubber/plastic boot things that go inside broke at the top, its semi fixed now but its broke cuz it was being stubborn and i used plier haha. shouldnt be any problems. icm will be getting replaced soon as well. valve cover gaskets leak slightly, tranny pan gasket leaks VERY lightly. (i check levels almost everyday to be safe)

any of this absolutely NEED to be done right away? sort of tight on cash as my son Landon will be born about april 24th and im tryin to get things for that/save for him.

REplace the valve cover gaskets, plug well seals and plug wires. The rest could probably wait for a while. Just remember that if you put it off too long the CPS could leave you sitting on the side of the road

You can do all this yourself. There is a guide at shophoenixproject.com

You have to shop the parts and see what's doable financially. I wouldn't worry about the valve lash. I would just replace the upper seals and plugs/wires. There is a felpro set available at autozone or try shosource.com No point in new wires if oil is going to coat them again unless it's fouling and money is too tight. You might need new intake to head gaskets if the plastic coating is flaking off.
