Do i need a washer here?

It seems like there is no washer that goes here and just the rubber on the bushing sits against the metal, but for some reason im feeling like there is supposed to be a washer there. I dont have any washer that goes on that as the opening is really wide and needs a special suspention washer. I dont remember takign one off but is there supposed to be a washer there, or does the lca just go on and the washer only goes on the one side.

ok thanks guys, thats what I thought. I couldn't find anything in the FORD service about it so i figured id ask. I just got some huge washers from lowes that should do the job
