My aerial is bent some how inside and instead of going up and down it just groans a lot. I want to disconnect the motor somehow to stop this. Anybody know of an easy way?

It's actually really easy, drop your glovebox by squeezing the two tabs on either side. At the bottom left side you should see a electric connection with I beleive two wires I think one is green the other red. Just pull the connection apart and presto no more power goes to the antenna. I had to do this to mine a couple of months ago.

Thanks also. I used the search function to learn this. :)
Now I know where to put my antenna switch for switching my antenna off/down when I play my CD's.
