The disk-style Accel injectors have 3 holes.
Josh made a thread a few years back on it. Search for "injectors" from his screen name and you'll probably find the thread.

thanks a ton, i didnt think to search his post like a idiot..
i am really amazed how bad the stock injectors are... im sure a stock SHO would pick up a few hp from changing to better injectors..
im gonna do some looking around im sure i can find a car that uses the proper ones like something out of a junkyard...
from what i got so far the ford #24 lbs are the ones the jeep guys use on their strokers with raised fuel pressure and they fit well.also they are the 4 holes. i already know jeep and SHO injectors are same dimensions..
the #24 are in the 4.6 engine and they also have the same plug as the jeep which is the same as SHO also..
im gonna have to grab a few more at my next boneyard trip and give them a shot...
even if it helps idle its worth it, but on the jeeps the 4 hole injector upgrade gives better throttle response, power, mpg and idle is smoother and i know this already since i did it on my 4.0...

top 2 pics are stock and the bottom 2 are the 3 hole accel injectors he sells
**** i am shocked how bad the stoke injectors act since the pictures josh has posted make it look like the stock injectors just shoot in the ports like water guns. we already know the better the fuel mixes with air the more power is made.
0280155715 is the injector part number that should work fine..they are 25.71 lb/hr at 43.5 psi and im certain the stock computer could make up for the difference
i would suspect that these injectors would be good for 310/315 hp at 100% duty cycle in a stock setup... raise the pressure some like 55 psi or so and i would bet 350 hp could be had out of them...
now if you were gonna go boosted i would recommend bigger injectors i doubt these can handle much more then 55/60 psi
actually found a list of where they can be located in a junkyard i will post
