Diff problem / reinforcing

I'm not sure if the diff is going or what but like when I was looking in the hole for the drivers side CV one pin is in its place then I can only see half of the other one. could someone post pics of what it is supposed to look like and possibly how to reinforce the stock one because I think I am going to tear it apart.

In there there is 1 long pin that goes from each side and 2 short ones they don't touch in the center there is prolly 1/8-1/4" gap.
Take a pic for us to take a look at.

it might mean the one pin's retainer has failed... id quick get it out and buy a diff from bittersweet SHO before the diff tosses the pin through the case and ruins that too

Yeah one of the small ones was eating its way through my case, saved it in time though. Could someone possibly post a diagram of how this tranny goes back together because there are two little pins that fell out of place when I was taking it apart and I can't figure out for the life of me where they go. Also, to reinforce it I was going to just MIG weld the two short pins to the long one right in through the axle hole, that wouldn't cause any problems will it?
