I was driving down the road when I felt two quick lurches forward. Wondering what it was I turned off the EATC and the radio. Shortly after it died. I coasted to a stop and was trying to troubleshoot. After checking to see if everything was working I went back to see if it would start. It didnt but after I was done cranking it I heard something still freewheeling, like it was spinning while it was cranking and continued after I stopped. I know the car needed a cam tensioner because the cam chain was loose. Any Ideas??

Still spinning after an attempt to start? Sounds like your stater solenoid got stuck, but if that was the case it would still spin after you remove your keys. The only way to stop that is to disconnect your battery and get that solenoid out. And if that was the case you would have seen smoke coming up from the starter, if you had a good battery, or it would have drained your battery.

BTW if your battery is low, it will increase the risk of your solenoid sticking.
