My SHO was a non pp car i think its like the 420a package with all that extra stuff, anyway it came with those ugly silver 19's and i never liked the wheels, so I put a set of tsw's on it. Well, wife says I made it look stupid.

If you like em, that's all that should matter...but a wife's opinion can be rather persuading.

They look okay, but small. They actually look in the picture like they could be 18's. I would have gone for 20's if you are going aftermarket.

To me they look small, but more of a profile shot may help get a better view. If you've been following this forum much though, I'm sure you realize you may not like several of the posts you're likely to receive.

Their not small, their 19's. I didn't want to put 20's on there and mess with the gear ratio or the ride by putting lower profile tires on it. The rims are 19x9 and I was able to stretch the RS-a's on to them.

In my opinion they look way to small....and what are you saying about 20's messing with the gear ratio? Most SHO's come stock with 20's!

I think they look too big!!! lol... But then, I am running go-kart wheels on my Brick.

Actually, I think the reason they appear the way they do in your picture, is the angle you took it from. Give us a full side view.

And... do what I do when my wiffie acts up.... Give her the "RED-GREEN" treatment!

Not true some of the non PP cars got 19' s like mine with eagle RSA's on them and a wheel that looks alot like the fusion wheel only bigger. I didnt like those wheels I do like the 20's better but only chrome. That paint they put on the silver is crap, mine looked like junk after a couple months so rather than have ford fix a wheel i already didnt like i switched.

i think it depends on the wheel design to get the 19's and smaller to look just right

to me the car needs 20's or bigger to look good with chrome but thats my opinion so take it like a grain of salt its your car do what you want

Just don't park in front of the kitchen window, she should never see them then. I think they look good.

Got that right bro, she shouldn't be looking out any other window but the kitchen.

I'll try to get better pics, if anything they look big to me. This is the wheel, I'll try and get better pics this afternoon before I take my Lightning to the dragstrip.

Anything with a Lip is going to look smaller then what it really is.

Also, Unknown Driver...those wheels look great, way better then the stock wheels.

Yep. The wheels on the white '89 in my sig are 17s, but a few folks thought they were 18" or 19". All in the design.

No you didn't screw up ------ If you like it that's all that matters.

You put it up for opinions, you'll get way more than you asked for ..

FWIW, I like 'em too. -- Tell wifey everyone loves 'em and leave it at that.
