Check to make sure the DIS is grounded via the ground strap on the back passenger side intake bracket, and that the 2 bottom bolts on the DIS are secure. Then make sure that ground strap is connected to the firewall.

But the straps are good. I forgot a tube seal so I took it all back off and I'm sure I got it all.

The crossover tube (The part of the intake that the DIS is bolted on to) is also part of the ground. You have to make sure that the area's of the Crossover tube that are bolted down are clean of any paint. (By the bolt holes) Also, make sure that you put heat sink underneath the DIS, as to not overheat it.

Here is the pictures of the area's that need to be cleaned of paint, Any part where the bolt/washer meets metal (And just those areas) . Everything is circled in red.

Double check and make sure the grounds are good and clean. You did get the one on that attaches to the back left bracket on, correct? Make sure the plugs on the DIS are plugged in good. The CPS comes up and plugs in just to the inside of the crossover tube. Make sure it is plugged in good. My first guess would be a ground thats not making. Then a plug that got undone/loose. Then maybe a wire got pinched when the intake got put back on. Good luck.

Did you change/remove the cam sensor? I don't think the tach will work if it is not plugged in.
