Greetings, My '97 has started to throw a P0411 code: Secondary Air Injection Incorrect Upstream Flow Detected- Now my question is, how can I repair it? I will need to get a smog inspection in Oct. so I need to get busy fixing it. Any help will be gratefully appreciated.

Might be the air injector DOA or it might be the relay that runs it not working.

Thank you Stephen. I will be trying to find that relay first. I have an issue with another relay that sticks, forcing one of the cooling fans to run after the the ignition is turned off. I have to unhook this little latch holding a relay box, adjacent to the battery & give it a "flick" against the battery & all's good until the next time I use the A/C. A minor annoyance from a car with 248000 miles. Again, thanks, Jim

I had a P0411 - the secondary air injection pump had siezed; $125 from Napa. Good luck getting it fixed.
