Detroit Auto Show Anyone?

Hey, wondering if anyone wants to get together and caravan to the NAIAS coming up!
Anyone still driving their SHOs in the winter? Even, if not, it wouldn't matter, still would be nice to meet up with everyone again.
Just a thought for now, more thought out details to come soon

i will be heading back to the detroit area late thursday night (around 10pm probably)...ofcourse drivin the sho..me, my girlfriend, and most likely my father will be there saturday morning as early as possible..

the MW tcca is having a club meet on the 22nd. after we go to the show for a few hours and fool around and stuff, then were goin to go do an event like bowling, pool, or whatever we all decide. one meeting spot is at my house, and another at greg's. then caravaning sepratly or carpooling for parking costs then meeting up with greg's group.

Well, looks like myself and the girl are going this Sunday for her birthday. Anyone going this weekend?

A huge thank you goes out to Greg (SHOman247) . Thanks so much for getting Chris and I in. I had a blast even though we lost Greg halfway through and they somehow went through everything before we did. I enjoyed the show again this year (I go every year). A few new changes to some current models. I used to think all G6's were *** until I saw what the G6 GTP will have under the hood. I also like the new Monte Carlo and a few others but what the **** was GM thinking with the new Impala's?? The Ford section didn't impress me too much besides the Fusion is a decent looking car and the new Lincoln Zephyr is a pretty slick little cruiser. All hail to the new Z06 though!

the g6 gtp seemed nice, i'd like it more if it had the high value 3.6L v6 and a few more revs to play with..the cobalt ss also seemed very nice. It was the short seat time i had in a c6 coupe that really got me excited..that and the new porsche 911 that was open *drools*

i must say, i hate the look of the g6 convert. its a damm toyota solara with a g6 front clip. wow, lots of engineering there. grrrrrr

sat in a neon srt4, i fell in love, i wanna sell my taurus, my caddy, and put a down payment on one
