Having a delete your own thread option would be so nice as sometimes I may mess up and it would eliminate the need of a mod to come to the rescue.

That's odd. Is this something new since the forum changes/upgrades a few weeks ago?

Chris, I've recently come back to regularly posting on here and I've had no delete options since i've been back that was about a month ago.
Not sure if that it's just me, or if this is happening to some members and not others maybe a good question to ask.
Again on the report forum I can delete the original thread but not on sho-related or non sho-related forums.

Alot of times a person may mess up an original thread, so he needs to delete without the rescue o6f a moderator that may take hours to notice as they have lives too.
Sometimes, someone out of anger may post a thread then later after cooling off may need to delete, now wouldn't that be better than getting flamed by half the forum for something you no longer feel that strongly about.
A delete your own thread is a must.

i've tried that. it doesn't work. i know there are times i would like to be able to delete some of the threads i've started.
