I've been trying to place an order with SHO Source the past week or two. The website checkout system isn't working, and haven't really been able to contact them to help. Anyone have any input on how to get an order placed? I've emailed Mike a few times but it seems he might be understaffed. I really want to get some more parts so I can continue working on my car.

Not sure which forum is the best place to ask this question.

did you try contacting them on their Facebook page. Mike can get busy at times since he has a regular day job. Did you try emailing them at the normal Shosource email address. You should be able to get a hold of Ryan that way.

What parts do you need, you can try a Want to buy on this forum to see if members have those parts.

Thanks guys. I don't really use Facebook but I could if it's necessary. I'll see what happens, I don't want to put too much pressure on them, and I'm excited to keep moving on my SHO.

Communication with SHO Source isn't great these days. I have several un-finished communications. I just figured it's normal for home-run businesses.

I get people from here messaging me about part numbers all the time and I sometimes get distracted and forget. I can only imagine what it's like to run a business as a side project.

I'm not inputing any motives, just relating my experiences. Aside from the communication difficulties, SHO Source has been a solid vendor. Years ago when I bought a radiator, Mike offered to meet me along I-5 on his way to an event and save on shipping. Worked out great, and my shipping cost was the time it took to drive to a nearby onramp!
