Dead Tranny!

Well after 95K the tranny finally crapped out. apparently it slips when warm, no flashing SES light. Had it towed to a local AAMCO shop and spoke with them yesterday. Gonna have it back the begining of the week. My cost to fix $1000.00 not too bad 12 month 12K warranty......

That stinks, but we all know its going to happen sometime. I have 86k and I am not looking forward to having to get the tranny fixed when it breaks. Good luck getting it fixed though...no SHO sucks.

Well've got you all beat....55,000 and the pump failed. Stiil at the dealer getting a reman from Ford.

Yeah I'm at 38k and the tranny likes to do weird things everyone in awhile already, don't think it's going out anytime soon though. I do maintenance on it, changed the filter and fluid at 30k.

Car still at the shop gonna pick it up soon. Had a performance tranny put in it at the tune of $2300.00 so much for the $1000.00
Tranny needed some of the hard parts replaced and came with a 3yr 50K warranty....

well atleast your covered for a while, unlike myself, noon wanted to warrantee my ATX because of all the problems known about them.. and i had 4
