I know there's a how to in another section, but here goes my question.

I'm swapping dashes from my 93 to my 92. I'm 95% done removing the dash in

the 92, but is there an easier way? I pulled it back, now I'm stuck finagling

wires out of the dash so I can remove it from the car. I'm stuck on this

wiring loom on the passenger side of the dash. I've almost got it out, but I

got frustrated, and decided to wrap it up for the day. Is it easier to

disconnect the whole loom from the engine compartment, and remove it as

one whole assembly? If so, let me know so I do not make this mistake on

removing the good dash from the 93. This was a nightmare. I disconnected

everything after getting the dash down off the firewall, it was a pain. What

is the easiest way?:nut:

After i put a 93 dash in my 92.. If i were to do it again.. and i will.. (.....defective heater core.....) I would definetly pull the whole harness out with it. such a pain in the ass trying to piece it together in the car.

every time I have taken out the dash, I have pulled the entire wiring harness with it. you can sort out the wiring on your driveway / living room floor much easier than upside down in the car.

yep, I sort of figured I was doing it the hard way. I will pull the whole harnass tomorrow when I go back at it again. I thought I was doing something wrong, I haven't pulled a dash in about 8 yrs. Thanks guys, have a nice Memorial Day!
