Dash Area Hiss Normal?

Ok,

I think all I'm hearing is the vacum motors getting in position. Things I've noticed:
Very lound on inital start-up then gets quieter and 30 hiss after each shut-down. Is this normal or should I start searching for crappy lines under the dash?

sounds like vacume leak to me, drop down your glove box, use a flash light take a look. there are several bright colored vacume lines. what year do you have? climate control?

Its a '93 and it does have climate control. I'll look behind the glove box. Thanks
