I totally forgot that the car dosent have the stock mounting brackets... When i got under the car, I said, "well..... um........ SHIT!!!!" ....

Other than building a bracket, i guess there is no other way to mount these SOB's, huh?

If they didnt have that little round part for adjustments, it would all be fine... but nooooooo......

Im thinking of taking them back and just waiting for some smaller fogs(actual fog/yellow) to come around, or show themselves.. I've been thinking of picking up the projectors from Auto Zone, which are also fogs, then buying the HID "kit" off of ebay and put them in. Those projectors work really well, as i had them on my Bronco.....
But man, do these Blazers put out!!! i got a nice solid beam of yellow for atleast 120ft..... they are well worth the 20 bucks... if only they fit....

BTW, these are not the driving lights and not the pure yellow fogs. But an all weather light, (or something) that has that blue/yellow tint to it...

build one. there have been sets adapted to the d2s bulb. fyi those r oem xenon or hid whatever u want to call it. im doing the same to my 92. then i will have projector fogs and headlights.

Heck you could build a mount out of a couple of radio straps, get some black paint and your set! Cheap and easy, and if done right I dont think anyone would know the difference.

either way I would have to cut the bumper.... that dam adj. mounting point will hit the actuall bumper when mounted up. And the other way it hits the bumper cover....

idk if those have the same brackets as mine but i bought fogs from pepboys and modified theyre brackets to fit the stock mounts on the car here are some pics.

after, the center hole had to be drilled out so it fit the stock mount bolt

i also had to bend the bracket so that it would sit at the right angle

and no, they are not like that.

I didnt want a driving light.. i wanted FOG lights, thats why i chose them...

Either way, i returned them today....

People always make this out to be more difficult than it needs...

Get some angle iron (or aluminum) from the store of your choice. You will be making an "L" bracket that mounts to the two inner bumper bolts. Doing this, you can set the height and offset of the mounting point in relation to the opening. The lamp can seat vertically or horizontally, depnding upon how you make the bracket. It's real easy, real quick, and real light (if you use aluminum).
