This.... all of this....

I just offloaded my FiST....

To quote my wife...

“I trust my husband who drives the Taurus but I don’t trust the 16 year old he turns into when behind the the wheel the FiST not to **** us.”

The FiST is just tooooo much fun.. like... I seriously considered offloading the SHO and keeping the FiS

In total agreement. I feel the same way.

Staying at the condo now in Bonita with my silver '15 non PP. Where is the drag strip around here?

In good ol Immokalee inside the airport. www.immraceway.com It's an 1/8th mile drag strip and I go every Friday night it's open for test n' tune and so far I haven't seen another SHO there. I've seen a few of the forum users say they're from the Bonita / Naples area but have never seen another SHO in town. Would be sweet to have a meetup.

I bought mine as a daily driver. I've successfully avoided salt and snow so far. I kept my previous car for the first winter I had the SHO. I work at home, and my wife tells me that if it gets bad, I can use her EcoSpot.

Truth be told, I also have a 46,000 mile Excursion that's been garage kept. At 15 years old, I don't want it out in the salt again.

As much as I enjoy driving the SHO, and bought the bigger car so that I could carry guitar/amp, video gear, etc...but now I keep thinking about having some other vehicle to keep it from salt, city, etc.

No they don't require a helmet. Looks like we are running the exact same mod set up except i don't have the GH intercooler yet.
Did you just get your SHO last year? I was going to get that same one but they said someone from Naples put a deposit down on it when I was on my way there lol in pembroke pines.

I'll pop the hood and show you. This is the one that took me 17 hours cause I did it two months after back surgery and couldn't deadlift anything. Still a factory-look install that I'm proud of!

What color is your car? Looks black.

Yes I got in from Tamiami Ford in August. Had a deposit on it for a couple days.

Mine started as a daily but even then I had just started a new job with company van so it started out as my part time. Eventually for very short time it was my daily as it was all I had for about a year or so. I've had multiple vehicles before and actually yearned for it NOT to be my daily. That came true once I started my own small Drywall Business and bought a truck. I'm proud to say she hibernates all winter....gets new mods every year and takes me in style to the gym where I make my own parking spot and menace the streets where she gets to stretch her legs for datalogs or Dragy. We make the 3 hour drive to the track and back proudly.......although I'd like to trailer her to and from the track now if at all possible. She's my adrenaline rush. Like when I used to ride. Shes my motorcycle now.
