Custom side view mirrors!

Just wondering if anyone has made some custom side viw mirrors for their sho. Or if they have swapped them from another car. I would love to see some pics. They would make the SHO look lovely.

I put GenI mirrors on my GenII:

The only person I've heard of installing mirrors from a different make was Kirk. He used, I believe, late 90's mirrors from a Grand Prix.

I had been looking at the M3 style w/ leds built into them, because mustang mirrors looked like they would fit. Granted, the outisde trim looked larger than ours, but that could always be trimmed... I dont know if the mirror mounting holes line up though, but I too think a different set would look great. All else fails, I love the look of the Green GEN I mirrors... as seen on SHO2ENV's car..

I have been eyeballing these for a while(the ones on the top/right of the picture). Should have them before spring rolls around.

Of course they will require a filler panel for the stock mirror location, but I have plan for some nice matching cf pieces to fix that.
